Modern day diet, sedentary lifestyle, stressors and other unknown factors have made Diabetes one of the fastest growing chronic illnesses of modern time. I saw this first hand with many patients during my work as a Registered Nurse for over 20 years. Now a Certified Health Coach, I have transitioned from caring for patients in a hospital setting to coaching and supporting clients to living a life where they do have control of their blood sugars. I am passionate about educating women through my 5 step HEELS program so that they can live a healthier life. As a Wife, Mother and Grandmother, I am determined to break the curse of generational Diabetes.
